Company Match

 

You may be able to multiply your donation without sending more money. Many companies will match their employees' charitable donations. Ask your human resources department. If your employer matches donations for Youth, Incorporated, you'll need your employer's matching gift form.

What you need to do next depends on your donation method:

    Online - Send your employer's matching gift form with a copy of your email receipt.

    By Mail - When you send your check to us, include your employer's matching gift form.

To complete the form, you may need our Tax Identification Number (also known as Employee Identification Number or EIN). Please contact us to obtain this information.
